Oh those darn neck wrinkles, the bane of our existence and our true age giveaway for both men and women! Once these suckers appear and have been around for a while, they are difficult to get rid of, so you need to start working on them once they make an appearance.  And BTW, Black does crack, oh yeah, we get necklines too!

Neck wrinkles are just the result of skin that has lost elasticity.  When we use anti-aging creams and moisturizing products, many of us tend to ignore our necks and only concentrate on our faces. The skin on our necks and our faces, however, are exposed to the very same conditions. So why would you care for your face and not give your neck area a second thought?

If you have not done so already, then get cracking on preventive measures to reduce necklines. There are natural products that can treat necklines but they have to be used with regularity so that these types of wrinkles do not become a pain in the neck!

Coconut oil: acts as a deep moisturizer and is easily absorbed into the skin; cleanse face, rinse, pat dry, use a few drops of coconut oil and massage gently into the neck area using circular motions, let set overnight, wash it off in the morning

Sunflower oil: contains linoleic acid and other fatty acids that forms a barrier when applied on your skin to keep it hydrated; apply a small amount of the oil on your neck before you go to sleep and leave it on while you sleep, wash it off in the morning

Almonds: rich in oleic acid, zinc, folic acid, and vitamin E, almonds can firm up the skin; soak a few almonds (about 10) overnight in milk and then apply the solution to your neck by saturating a cotton ball, rinse with warm water after 30 minutes

Eggs: high in protein, egg whites will help reduce the appearance of neck wrinkles; separate the white from the yolk, beat until it becomes stiff, smear the beaten whites on your neck with cotton balls, leave it for about 30 minutes, rinse with warm water

Yogurt: this antioxidant and anti-bacterial food source will make the skin on your neck look smooth; slather plain yogurt on your neck wrinkles, leave on for about an hour then rinse with cool water

Bananas: rich in vitamins and antioxidants which are important for combating sagging skin; mash two bananas into a paste, apply to neck, leave on for 30 minutes then rinse with warm water

Carrots: high in vitamin A which promotes the production of collagen; boil 3 carrots in water until they soften, blend carrots with a heaping teaspoon of honey, apply the paste to your neck, leave on for 30 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water
