The streets are certainly alive this summer with 50BOLDers, seasoned folks are everywhere doing the damn thang fashion-wise and looking hot!
Our resident shutterbug, Judyth Watson-Remy, hit Brooklyn’s Mermaid Parade and DanceAfrica festival to find 50-plus folks who were not afraid to be bold with their fashion picks. She noticed lots of color popping every which way, and hairstyles that turned her head. Judy snapped away whenever someone caught her eye and there were quite a few eye-catching shots.
Isn’t it wonderful to see US not being afraid to take test-drives when it comes to making standout statements with our looks? It should put a smile on our face whenever we see peers refusing to catch a train to Frumpsville! Let’s keep kicking ‘age-appropriate dressing’ to da curb, and keep showing devil-may-care confidence in our fashion stylings. In other words…
